Grain-to-glass distillery east of town making Colorado straight malt whisky, gin and rum, with a tasting room and a patio.
A distillery that mills, mashes and distils on site, a couple of miles east of town on the Longmont road. The tasting room pours the malt whisky, the gin and the rum neat or in cocktails; there is a patio, a comedy night on third Fridays and a science-and-spirits talk now and then.
